Publicity – Performance

  • Coordinate with Graphic Designer and Photographer to organize graphics files in correct sizes for use in advertising
  • Coordinate with Publicity Director to incorporate DSL branding and logo requirements as defined by grants received
  • Submit sing through, audition, and performance information to area events calendars
  • Create events on social media for sing through, auditions, and performances
  • Schedule print and radio advertising
  • Coordinate postcard mailing
  • Send promotional notes to Info and G&S email distribution lists
