Properties Manager

• Coordinate with Properties Designer for props list
• Coordinate with Costumer and Master Carpenter to determine which items would be considered props versus costume pieces or set pieces
• Coordinate finding and/or making specialized props as necessary
• Work within show budget as presented by the Producer and approved by the Board
• Familiar with show concept
• Familiar with how props will be used by performers
• Attend all production week rehearsals and performances
• Arrange and manage prop tables backstage
• Coordinate acquisition & return of props during performances
• Provide rehearsal props as necessary
• Coordinate with Warehouse Manager and Properties Designer to pull & return props
• Arrange for props crew as necessary
• Cannot be a member of the cast
