Music Librarian

• Responsible for year-round maintenance of DSL music library
• Coordinate with Music Director concerning edition of score to be used for each production
• Order scores and coordinate sale of them to cast members with the Producer
• Work within show budget as presented by the producer and approved by the Board
• Coordinate with Music Director concerning orchestration to be used and parts needed; pull available parts from DSL library and order any additional parts
• Coordinate distribution of orchestral parts to Orchestra Manager prior to first orchestra rehearsal and collection after last performance
