Paint Coordinator

• Coordinate with Artistic Director, Set Designer, and Master Carpenter concerning the set design
• Coordinate with Master Carpenter to ensure construction is completed in a timely manner to allow for painting to be completed properly
• Research location and time period of show concept to choose colors that match the concept – Communicate with Artistic Director and Lighting Designer concerning the chosen colors
• Coordinate purchase of needed materials with Master Carpenter
• Arrange for paint crew members as needed
• Communicate scheduling needs with Master Carpenter to be communicated to cast and crew members
• Work within show budget as presented by the Producer and approved by the Board
