Concert Manager

• Point of contact for scheduling concerts
• Secure conductor and accompanist for rehearsals and concerts
• Secure singers for concerts
• Schedule rehearsals and arrange for rehearsal space ahead of each concert
• Compile copies of sheet music for singers, conductor, and accompanist beforefirst rehearsal for a concert
• Arrange for DSL keyboard to be transported to rehearsal and concert locations as needed and returned to the office at DAC
• Communicate with Business Manager concerning payment for conductor and accompanist
• Collect any payment and/or donations received at concert and forward them to the Business Manager for deposit
